These terms govern taking part in Nomads in the Wild sessions and sponsorships. Please read them before you join.

The service
Nomads in the Wild organises weekly pop-up co-working sessions in public spaces, with an optional shared lunch that you pay for yourself at the partner restaurant. Sessions, times and locations can change or be cancelled, for example due to weather, and we will give notice where we can.
Bookings, membership and prices
Drop-ins, individual memberships and company sponsorships are described on our website. Prices are shown per month or per visit and may change with reasonable notice.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current month. Drop-in tickets are not refundable if you do not attend.
Your responsibilities
You take part at your own risk, bring your own equipment, and look after your own belongings. Please respect the rules of each venue and the other guests.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for issues that arise at partner venues or restaurants.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published here.
