Waitlist and contact data: when you join the waitlist or email us, we collect your email address and anything you choose to share, such as your name or company. Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically record data such as your IP address, browser and time of access, for security and operation. Analytics and cookies: we do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it and the legal basis
To answer you and manage the waitlist: based on your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. To run and secure the website: based on our legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and contact data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. Our website and waitlist form are hosted by Netlify, which processes data on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To use these rights, email hello@nomadsinthewild.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
