What data we collect
Reservation data: when you reserve a Friday, you do so on Luma, our reservation provider. Luma collects your name, email address and any details you provide, and shares your reservation with us so we know who is coming. Contact data: when you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details to reply. Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically record data such as your IP address, browser and time of access, for security and operation. Analytics and cookies: we do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it and the legal basis
To manage reservations and answer you: based on your consent and to take steps at your request, Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. To run and secure the website: based on our legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation and contact data as long as needed for the session and our records, and delete it when you ask us to.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. Our reservations run on Luma (Lu.ma), which processes reservation data on our behalf as a processor. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data on our behalf as a processor. Both act under data processing agreements.
